Findlay Property was founded in 2001 as London began a historic transition from being a market predominantly composed of ownership to one of rentals.

Findlay Property grasped the implications of this change by targeting specific areas in central London and concentrating on acquiring buy-to-let properties for non-resident landlords and letting and managing these properties.

With that strategy, Findlay Property quickly increased in size and fully incorporated in the UK in May 2003.

In 2005 Findlay Property moved to Broadway Market a prime east London location and continued to build its letting and management business.

In 2007 Findlay Property began to sell property in central London.

In 2011 Findlay Property expanded its operations to include Block Management in the Greater London area.
