Nyborg’s Kitchen is a micro bakery in South East London, run by Sara Nyborg autodidact baker & cook.
We bake Danish bread & pastries using family recipes handed down through generations, some of which we follow religiously some we’ve changed slightly (with permission), like adding almonds & apricots to a traditional rye bread.
Nyborg’s began as a small coffee shop in Muswell Hill in 2010 (now closed), after a move to SE18 we decided to concentrate on our weekend market stalls, wholesale, supper club nyborg-london.com catering for small events.
We are of course mad about HYGGGE!
