Street Pig are firing up the barbie at the London’s street food markets, and it’s smoking. The babyback ribs are Applewood smoked, slow cooked and glazed over coals with a drenching of Street Pig’s BBQ sauce. They then come served up with fresh potato salad and pickled red cabbage slaw.
